Residential Permits
Bridgewater Township, Minnesota, requires permits for all building and remodeling projects. If you have any questions regarding the permit application, please contact the Township Clerk.

When a building application is submitted to the Township, the Zoning Administrator will review the application for zoning approval. Following this, the application will be submitted to Inspectron for a plan review (typically, a plan review will require 7-10 days). When the permit has approval from zoning and a completed plan review, the Clerk will contact the applicant to pick up the permit. All permit fees need to be paid for by cash or check when the permit is picked up.
Please note that permits shall become null and void if work is not commenced within 180 days of issuance or if work is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the time the work is commenced.
